Also last Friday I got my homemade exhaust hung just in time for GoodGuys 27th Annual Heartland Nationals presented by Speedway Motors. Yes... Mufflers are a little askew.

Car sounds good. Mellow, quieter... Its the cam I chose. 276/281 adv. Duration, 112lsa. Dynamic compression is under 8:1, that was my main goal.

The 4.5" ID stainless V-band clamps I ordered came, these will be for the front portion of my H-pipe on the Monte so I can remove the whole unit, I had previously installed some on the rear of my mufflers when I made my 4" over the axle tailpipes in case I wanted to remove those.
$69.80 to my door for the pair off Ebay.

Took the wagon to the local cruise night to meet my neighbour of 8 years who has a nice 72 Demon. Weirdly, we've never talked before. But, damn did he know a lot about me and my cars. LOL. Nice guy, had fun.

I am probably the only guy in town with a LS swapped anything. The old guys were befuddled.
