Where does the top seat belt bolt mount go?

the top bolt goes through the speaker shelf, when you take the cover off there are two wholes on each side that need to be drilled out. You need to help them retract. Got them from seatbelt planet.

Man, it's so much nicer having stuff in front of me for a change. Had a few minutes to kill so I put some AN fittings in the fuel rails and installed them because hotrod! Also put some sensors in the heads.
Now I need to determine whether this engine needs a black or natural aluminum throttle body. Ideas guys??

that's slick,there's a lot of black going on there,the aluminum might break it up some.what's the finish on the valve covers going to be?
