Well you called it, was hoping to not have to replace the optima but may be that. Much easier than trying to chase down all the groundsThose noise filters are hit and miss. I'd try a different, newer battery first. If that doesn't fix it, start reevaluating your grounding.
Appreciate it, I am kinda thinking it is coming from the head unit itself. So we will see my hope was that it would cancel out any type of noise but I am sure it won't be that easy
