That brine is bad shitt!

Got my BBC 498 ci dyno’d yesterday. It sure does sound good! Now to save up money for the transmission.
I get jealous everytime I see an engine dyno. Afaik there are no engine dynos in Iowa available to the public.

I have never had anything done here, but have heard a few people that have had engines dyno'ed at Performance Auto. It's more dirt related but they are an option.

Ooh Ooh! Something relevant to my time in Iowa!

It's been a LONG time ago (like in the 80s), but I used them a couple times before they were where they're located now

Had them machine a Ford 289 for me, and on another occasion, Tom took time out of his day to fix a head off of my factory 4 speed Monte Carlo that had a stuck valve in it.

They're in Waterloo, BTW

Had a productive night for a change. I got to see my neighbor fire up his circle track car for the first time this year, so that was cool and my girls loved it!
I cut down some aluminum flat bar and drilled a bunch of holes to mount my trans cooler. It might touch the radiator, but I can remove the isolators and do something more shallow if need be. Time to crash now!!!

sounds like a good neighbor to have, that in itself is a score.i can't tell by looking but can you flip the cooler to the other side of the flat stock?that way you'd gain what looks like about an inch of room?again i can't tell by looking but it's worth a shot.

Mount the cooler on the other side of the bars. No worries then.
