sounds like a good neighbor to have, that in itself is a score.i can't tell by looking but can you flip the cooler to the other side of the flat stock?that way you'd gain what looks like about an inch of room?again i can't tell by looking but it's worth a shot.
I can move it to the other side if need be, but then it becomes an issue with hose routing and potential interference with the intercooler when that time comes. I just don't wanna mount it just to have to move it later. I'm gonna try to check clearance later after work.

I like it. I was thinking about doing something similar on the Monte to mount a trans and engine oil cooler, although I have room to mount it to the front inlet if need be. I wonder if there's a spec on how far cooler components should be mounted from one another for optimum fan sucking air across at low vehicle speed?

I'm not sure how far apart, but hell most people(me included) mount fluid coolers directly to the radiator with no I'll results.
I will be adding a second cooler to the driver side, partially for pre planning, and partially for symmetry because I have issues lol.

sprayed the motor.

Finally got the right length belt!!!! ICT Billet exemplifies a great company with excellent service. I called and spoke with Allison first thing this morning who happens to be COO, told her the issues, she assured me she would have an answer today! Sure enough, the guys installed the exact FEAD setup I have and tried a couple belts until they got the right one. They emailed me a pic along with a good part number as well as Allison calling me back to let me know what they found. Thanks to ICT for their service.

Took off the old header panel and mocked up the drill holes for the 1980 Calais header panel I'll be using, gotta pick up all new hardware and a longer extension so fit my ratched into those hard to reach places. Still have to flatten out the bulge in the bottom bumper, and figure out what I'm going to do to fill the excess gap in the bottom or if I'll just leave it open for now.

I beat it like a rented mule, then washed the highway funk off. I got into it with a coworker leaving work. He's got an Infiniti Q50x hybrid (his old lady is loaded) and he couldn't leave me, but I wasn't catching him, either. I don't know if he's in it or f-n with me; I'll have to ask.
