I finished up the manual brake kit. Decided to go a different route with the proportion valve mounting bracket. Trying to get a simple and clean look. Installed the Hurst roll control and finished all the new brake lines from front to back.

Finally had some time today to get a little more done on my frame. Welded in rear control arm reenformement brackets and removed gobs of road grime. Gettin' real close to painting.

When my dad was still driving the 2004 Camry that I now own, at the time it was maybe 2 or 3 years old, I remember he bought a brand new set of 4 Pirelli tires for it, good ones. When I'd take the car out with my friends, I'd be doing handbrake slides and e-brake burnouts with it. Those tires were destroyed within a few months. I remember my dad saying to me "Man those Pirelli tires were junk, I'm never buying those again." I just agreed and looked around like

Wondering if the stock Cutlass speedometer connector is going to work on the TH400?

Had to drop the trans back down enough to snake the wiring past the body seam. Got it all hooked up and zip tied, x member back in. Waiting on the new shifter and a new fuel pump to work on more under the car, then I can start bolting stuff on up top.

And that is why I smash mine flat. Just makes everything easier... and you don't shred your hands.

Put on a new set of valve covers, had a new torque converter installed, had some timing and carb work done to get it to idle better, and best of all got about 70 miles on it on Sunday.
