Got the old rad pulled and the new with electric fans in place to see how it looks, I think may need a little bit of trimming to be fully where I want it. But also need to do some digging to see how everyone else mounted the electric fans, but must say that for $80 I am very impressed with the fans since they seem very heavy duty

I made some steel brackets for my fans, 2 on top that bolt to the radiator hold down, and 2 on bottom that bolt to core support holes. All 4 spots were there for fan shroud to fasten to. Keep it simple. I'll get pics later if need be.

Is that one of the repro plate pockets? What is your opinion on quality/fitment of it?
so far so good it mounted up nice .. wish the mounting bolts were lil bigger but hey no pressure beside just holding it in there ... came with 2 flush mount leds . ill have to use a step bit to mount them wont be hard at all.. i like the smooth pocket look

Picked up the coupe from alignment , drove it back to my workplace. First real drive since I got it. Pretty good, but alignment guy apparently has no clue on adjusting tierods. 1/4 turn out from level. He said need to re-clock steering wheel...yeah NO. Going to get it close and have the shop I wanted to take it to check toe and verify other settings. Man I miss having the equipment that we had at my first shop, where I could have done it myself.

Appointment with exhaust guy tomorrow to fix a few small issues with the P/O's setup. Probably entail new pipes from engine to mufflers....I'm happy with the mufflers and tailpipes so hoping he can just fix the front pipes.

I think I'm gonna try to drive it the 35 miles home this week sometime, after a few small tweaks.

If you were careful counting turns, can you turn each tie rod adjustor the same amount, and end up with the right toe and the steering wheel clocked correctly?

Depending on how far out, the answer could be "yes". I was able to straighten mine with just about 2-1/2 turns. Start with the steering wheel in the position that you want it, then crawl under to adjust the tie rods.

That's the plan. Also will measure toe before and after to verify / get it "close"

I should take it back, but I don't really think I want them on it again.

Yelled and cussed at my own stupidity

Wanted to try to fit some seats into my car, because the factory buckets suck. Bought seats a few years back and just stored them... Finally getting around to throwing them in... Not gonna work, footprint is simply too wide.

So now I have 2 front bucket that I have to somehow sell off... Which no one is gonna buy....

$400 lesson I won't make again.

That being said, anyone have any recommendations for aftermarket seats that have sliders / or can have sliders, that hinge forward to let people in the back seat?
