Take lots of pictures to remind you what the floor is supposed to look like once it disappears again!!

Stripped out the interior to address some rust and rodents that built a home inside the dash. Cleaning and painting everything black and medium gray And putting it back in. Johnny thinks he’s helping

Took the car on one of the last cruises for the year yesterday. Went down to Brian Tooley Racing for a cars n coffee and the weather was perfect! Tons of cool cars, people, etc. I had the only Cutlass there which doesn't surprise me. Some random pics....View attachment 210070View attachment 210071View attachment 210072View attachment 210073View attachment 210074View attachment 210075View attachment 210076View attachment 210077View attachment 210078

Thanks for the compliments man, truly mean it. Bummer part is the list of things to upgrade has shrunk. I wish I had room to build something else (have my dads jeep I inherited that needs to be finished), and/or something cool for the wife, but it'll be a while before that happens.

Brake lines and cylinders replacement in process .when getting the rebuilt master cylinder it came without the resivoir.I found it nessesary to cut 4 oak wood wedges about 12 inches long. An inch wide a d having the larger end about 1 & 1/8 inches thick the thin edge around 1/8" thick pound the wedges opposing each other between the redivoir and cylinder to pop the reservoir off the old cylinder.Dont forget to sand the wood smooth and sand the sharp edges a little. I put a lower radiator hose on today also more work comeing up
Worked on rear line the rubber line from chassie to rear axle replaced both steel lines and cylinders left and right .Used 2 nails to disengage the retainer clip used a large deep well socket to pound the new retainer clips back onto cylinder casting .Then sanded some rust from inside left drum. Bed brake lines will need further bleeding soon
