Found some random packing paper from the move and covered the Monte's windshield with it. Only the best.

Yo, 86LK, about those inner door skins photos for an 85,( and maybe newer too) Monte Carlo SS, these what you're looking for?

These first two are shot from the bottom sill looking upward. This is where I am back to after taking the whole lower sill back down to bare metal and re-re-re-surfacing the metal. What I got this time puts me in a better, happier frame of mind so far.

That car has been giving you a lot of trouble, hopefully the firmware update will fix it for you! I'd be pretty disappointed if my project was giving me that much trouble.Still plugging away, 2 steps forward and 3 back as usual. My buddy came over on Thursday to help me try to get it right for the weekend which I finally talked him into giving up on at around 1030 at night. Not that I ever actually help him much but I got sucked into going back to the shop which I thought was to just close up and then had some other issues there so was stuck for a bit. Decide to get back on it Saturday morning so I could hopefully get it to a new cars n coffee starting up in Moon, decide to get a replacement distributor cause he was able to get it to idle better but wouldn't really let it rev up at all. Once he got the new distributor in it idled good and then even reved up like it should at first, then started with a good bit of shaking in the motor. We looked at the IAC again and its all over the place, he gets it into range then it goes crazy again all the way up to choking the motor out.
At this point I worry about running the car out of gas, so I run and try to get some more which of course has to turn into a debacle. End up saying screw it less than a gallon is still more than enough to know it isn't running out when I try to run it down a half a block to get to fuel. Go to pull it out and then it starts stalling itself out unless I am keeping my foot on the gas, so all the way out of the garage we decide OK I guess we aren't running it to get gas and try to put it back. Now just stalls out pretty much as soon as it gets into reverse, try 3 or 4 times to just get a slight bump back. Decide to push it back in and lick our wounds for yet another day thinking that it may be the Sniper itself. Called them today and they say they think the firmware update should help, sounds like a file may have got corrupted and this will fix it. Not totally sure that it is going to fix it but gonna give it a shot, also gonna get a new fuel filter in case there was some junk that came off the bottom of the tank while it was running low.
Yeah, but thats just my luck. If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all, I say that I'd have Foose or Kindig do work for me and it would be the one time they couldn't fix a major blunder or somethingThat car has been giving you a lot of trouble, hopefully the firmware update will fix it for you! correct, the green one was modified with a solenoid since they shaved the door handles and they did cutout the corner of the large hole it sits in. the small screw holes I'm not so concerned about, it's the thumbsized holes and larger. the round hole next to the solenoid (green door) does not exist on the blue door. where the handle for rolling the window up/down is mounted, that rectangular hole is shaped slightly different in that lower right corner. And for that I will have to dig out my ladder as the door is presently sitting flat on the cradle. From your examples i do see what you are looking for in terms of how the inner shells can vary with respect to the various holes and their shapes. Above, what I see is a left and a right, Dvr and Pass, but while they may have been identical at one point they aren't now; one seems to have had the rear access hole modified/trimmed to allow the positioning of what looks to be some kind of solenoid or electrical ???.
