Used Holley's ideas about trying both a different handheld and the laptop with no success

At first my eyes saw 'different handed laptop' which got me laughing, since, that may well be their next suggestion.

I'm still somewhat impressed by you keeping with it, although, given the blazers status as the high horse flogger and the Monte being a cruiser, I'd have yanked the system for a non-ccc carb setup by now.

I'm a gluten for punishment, if I were smarter I'd have given the GTO up a long time ago when it lived going to the dealer for warranty work

My '80 has been severely neglected lately, just not much time to get out and work on it. Had some free time today and got a few things accomplished though. Got a new voltmeter gage installed and my three gage cluster is working again. Then installed the wiring for the passenger side vanity sun visor in the ceiling. Also sanded and painted the heater blower motor. Had to get a new fan wheel as the original plastic wheel was cracked in three different directions from the center hub. Got a generic metal replacement from RockAuto and it wasn't a direct match but I think it will work well enough.

God dam fuel pump went out. Only mechanical pump I've ever had that went "bad". It had at least 33,000 miles on it. Made me 20 minutes late to work. Had to get the ford fired up out of it's winter slumber to get to work at all.

Wellllllll, about that. It is a start, but since there isn't a tach reading on the Dakotas I think there is still an issue and likely why it went FUBAR before but since it was too cold and snowy to worry about driving I wanted to call it a win for starting and running again.

Just leave it in neutral on jackstands, run a pipe under the garage door for exhaust, and just sit in the seat turning the steering back and forth, play with the throttle to pretend it's driving

Trying to figure out how to get these led turn signals to work. There's 1 set of bulbs in the rear that if I put led into they won't blink. Light comes on in dash and they stay solid lit. I bought the painless 8 something relay with the pig tail. Installed and grounded it to a good ground. The lights are holley retro bright led bulbs. 1157. They will work if the top bulb is an incandescent but if I put the led in it won't blink. I'm stumped. Hopefully someone reads this and knows something I don't. Thankyou
what kind of flasher are you running? USUALLY having led's front and back requires a one that is led specific.it's usually plastic and has an external ground wire.
