You're in there.... might as well clean & rattle-can those pulleys. I also suggest a fresh tensioner + idler pulley that way everything serp set-up wise is fresh. If not in the budget, I get it.

Yes for sure. I bought some engine enamel black for the pulleys and I already have a new idler pulley. Right now it’s just getting mocked up so I know it all fits, tomorrow it all comes back off for cleaning.

Keep in mind that water only gets "better" farther south it goes. Didn't your H.S. get its water from their anyways?
