Here's what I did for an additional fusebox.I finally swapped in that other alternator. It's much cleaner and puts out more power than the old one.

And mounted the MSD box but still need to wire it up.

I've been putting together harnesses for multiple electrical add-ons and need to plan out a relay/fuse box that will reside on the driver's inner fender in place of the washer reservoir which is now being relocated.

Nice, I like the fan relay mount. Your setup is pretty close to what I'll end up with except I think I'd like to place it where the W.W. tank was or even farther back if possible. Your box is mounted where my Cruise Control currently lives but I've considered moving that as well to suit my new plan of cleaning up the bay while maintaining a "stockish" appearance. My old plan was to hide the box in a dummy battery case since my juice box is moving to the spare tire well. I believe the alternator I have is a 95 amp unit for an '87 Caprice. I think. Here's what I did for an additional fusebox.

I also replaced my alternator with a one wire 140 amp. The charge sits at 14.2 ish volts instead of the 12.9 ish volts it had before.
Cunningham machine is famous for gmt400 door bushings, but they told me their 73-87 square body bushings should fit our cars. Their bushings are top tier stuff. Both hinges on the door have been replaced. I will double check to make sure I didn't damage the bushings while in the process of installation and adjustment. Right now I am re-watching some Youtube video's on Door Alignment. Every one tells me I have to loosen the bolts on the body side then move the door up or down depending where I need the adjustment, I am thinking only 2 bolts from the top/bottom hinges should be loosened with 1 only slightly loosened in a certain pattern that would help get that back end moved up.
