What did you do to your non-G body project today? [2019]

I dunno. Felled tree turned into a gravelled driveway. That's some kicking fertilizer. I'd say you got it done....
Ya know, that's a bit of a debate. I've heard that mulching leaves is good, but I have way too many. I put 4 bags of limestone down 2 weeks ago to neutralize the acid. That, and it chokes the base out. Better Homes & Gardens is coming next week for a photo shoot. 😂

Gave my oldest a 5" hole saw and put her to work installing my heat exchanger.

The "cleanroom" is going to be toasty this Winter.

Came home to find my water buildings heater was not heating yet again. I got to replace every piece of water pipe in that building last year when it froze, so I have been a little more diligent in watching it.

Apparently, mud daubers and those little b*st*rd lady bugs like to get into the exposed thermostat switch that these heaters come with and jam them open.

I was going to buy a digital thermostat controlled outlet, but happened on a high quality thermostat controlled switch at a flea market.

I wired this in series with the regular thermostat, and just turned it to always on to keep the overtemp part of it working.

The joys of using a $100 part to make a $20 heater work properly.

I sold a motor and transmission yesterday and dropped $300 in her hands. I am purging as much as she is - just with more profit and it really annoys her - LOL.

Yeah, not a swingers space - no matter how interesting that idea may be. Simply a place to "temporarily" move crap while I work (toilet, pump, sink, washer, dryer, etc) and put building materials (new walk-in shower, wood, drywall, etc)

Back to the workbench building models!

I have a supercharged 3800 rwd setup that runs deep 12's in my rusty 4th gen

I don't need angry Doritos.

I pulled the block out of the Jeep. Some GD genius thought it was a great idea to use E12 external TORX bolts at the top of the bell housing where there is NO room. I though with the head off I could get at them and then I found they were TORX. Idiots. I needed the E12 socket, a swivel, an about 5 feet of extension with a breaker bar to bust them loose. They WILL be replaced with a saner fastener. Now I strip it down for a trip to the machinist. See the back of the flywheel? A reluctor for the crankshaft position sensor. You can see the sensor at the top of the bell housing. If you want to get back at someone you hate- give them a Jeep!!!!
