long garage walls are up. Wall with the big doors is next. It had to be engineered because I wanted ten foot tall doors so it's going to be special. Getting close to ready for trusses. It would be nice if the weather would cooperate.

Diggin' the high privacy windows. 😎
That's a bigass garage!!!

I'm not sure if my addiction is that bad yet, but I wouldn't mind finding one down here, or an old sears suburban.... some of those old ones have the grunt to use as a tow motor around the shop...

The Sears/Roper tractors were awesome. I had a Custom 10XL that I put giant Kenda Bearclaw ATV tires on. It was great for moving trailers and dragging firewood. The Suburbans are really cool and they made so many attachments for them. And the Onan Twin engines are pretty cool too.

Clutch i could probably be convinced into another cub cadet

How addicted are you? I'm thinking about selling my 1968 cub cadet

I'd buy it from you as well but I think it would go over like a lead balloon at the house. The Cub I have is still working great, but at 16 years old and 550 hours, I'm worried it might be on borrowed time.

Here's the one that got me into tractors- it is a 1968 Sears Custom 10XL that belonged to my neighbor. It sat in the woods for years.

Dragged it home, it came with some of its own landscaping.

And here's how it looked when I was done with it, note Regal in the background

Unfortunately I ended up parting it out after the clutch mechanism broke, it would've been near impossible to fix without another tractor, so it became parts.

you would've hated the auction I picked up those at.... probably had 30 of the old stuff like your XL and suburbans (most were parts mules)... guys were picking then up for a couple bucks each for scrap metal... I picked both of the old MTD's up for $52.50, and the guy threw in a milk crate full of the old gearboxes.
