Went to the goodguys show in Des Moines. Lots of cool stuff. Took the wagon with 4 buddies.

Clean 3rd gen on 17" year 1's. Super nice.

Spent some time with the airsaw, a file and some sandpaper on the engine cover to fit it around the supercharger and air filter. Templates be damned. Then the neighbor rolls past in this procharger'ed Z06 there was a car show at the local gun shop DCF guns, so I rolled past for a few minutes to introduce the town to Challenger R/T version 2.0. They actually got the aero right on the Challenger where you can drive around with the windows down at speed and it doesn't sound like the soundtrack to a Vietnam movie.

That is a sweet setup - Prochargers are awesome.

That is good to know - because Natasha's Colorado is the worst.

Where you been, partsbox?
The usual story: work and life responsibilities keep getting in the way of having fun. Not close enough to retirement yet. 🙂
I have really made good use of this four-day weekend, though.

One of these days, we gotta meet up somewhere. Do you ever go to the Motor Menders Rod and Custom Club Cruises at the Shrewsbury Markets? (https://www.marketsatshrewsbury.com/events/cruise-night/) They officially start at 4pm, but lots of cars start showing up by noon to get blacktop parking. Plus that gives you time to buy and eat lunch and do some shopping. We usually get there by noon and hit the road around five or six.

Another option might be one of the Lost in the 50's Saturday Night Cruises. They are at there new location behind Harundale Plaza and Bruster's Ice Cream at 801 Aquahart Road in Glen Burnie.

Of course, with the ridiculously miserable hot and humid weather lately, it might be a while before my wife and I go to any events...

re-spon-si-bil-ities .......what is this word

Closest I get up north is C&C at Hunt Valley. As a matter of fact, I will more than likely be there this Saturday. I haven't been on the Glen Burnie scene in a long time.
My local ones are Jimmie Cone in Mount Airy on the first and third Saturday evenings or Eldersburg Home Depot on 2nd and 4th,and I'm not even close to regular at those. Shoot me a PM, and the Pig will be there in all its 2 tone glory!

Ordered a new key to replace both that are bad on the GTO, was debating on just doing the soldering a new battery on but it also needs new buttons so figured just knock it out in one shot
