Take 2
Cut the rusty inner fender lip out
Cut some parts off the doner fender and welded up a new lip
Tacked in and weld thru primer on
Test fit
Trimmed to fit
Weld it in and maybe prime it tomorrow. Fitment on the bottom isnt perfect but the stock stuff lasted 250K if this lasts 100k i'll call it a success
