So I'm not complaining!

Lots of progress on the new truck brakes everything in the steering except the pitman arm upper control arms ( that was fun. Rust bucket!)
Dorman wanted $280 for a rear crossmember but a used driveshaft from Jay's old stock car and valla.

Had an acetylene regulator catch fire on the antique torches at the building and burnt my hands closing the valve.

All and all beat the hell out of my hands! I'd have kept you up to speed but another project has me stressed out trying to remember the spring of 1996. I need March but all I can figure out is April 15 16 or 17 I was at the swap meet buying a front bumper for a 72 cutlass with my brother. I remember because I was late getting there because I was out all night the night before doing.....stuff

Went up in the woods for a day.

Wish I could have stayed longer. And built a fire. Burn bans in effect and wind blowin like a sumbitch. Took more skinny pedal to keep it going but stability was not an issue aside from a couple real good gusts. Found this and decided to take a pic.

I thought it was impressive. This place is a good bit closer than the other trips we've taken. I'd go back again. We must have tried 10 different spots before we found this one, it was hands down the winner and I'm glad all the other crappier spots were full so it forced me to find this one. I Google pinned it.

Yard work all day mowing leaf clean up pulling weeds working on the swamp I mean pool.

I did however go out to the building clean up my mess and bring the truck home. It drives much better no more shaking. But desperately needs an alignment Keith that helped me do it is going to take it to work one day this week and do it for me. Hopefully by Wednesday I'm out of the broken kerosene heater and in the new truck plus the driveway is just to crowded
