You gotta throw some tube sand in the bed and get some weight over those rear wheels.
But, you had a sled. Drop it out, ride home, and get the truck later.A drop in the bucket IMO. I used to keep my snowmobile in the back when I had my 2wd Chebby. Helped a lot more than 200# of sand, but did sag the truck a little more and made it heavier to extract when I still got stuck. I eventually started carrying a shovel too.
