What did you do to your non-G body project today? [2020]

It's only about 200'. The deal is that I have to get line of sight to the pole in the vineyard across the road. There are 2, and I don't know which I have to hit.
Finished assembling ‘the heap’ to install in the ‘57 F100. It’s a standard bore 500 Cadillac, re-ringed, low compression, 230 at 0.050” cam, well ported heads, ported Edelbrock intake, 850 vacuum secondary, headers, roller rockers. It should make 425-450hp/550+tq, just enough to make the manual steering straight front axle truck enjoyable/hairy.
Supposed to get 4-7" of snow tomorrow afternoon into the evening so I made sure the tractor is all set to go. Gassed up, greased, fluids topped off. I don't have any chains for it yet so I'll see how well it handles snow with turf tires. It does have a differential lock if needed.
Put about an hour of seat time into the TBSS to and from a business lunch. This was the first properly cold day of the Winter and it earned that remote start. It never ceases to amaze me how much fun it is to drive... especially in boost.
Did you forget the 1s? Hell, I'm in the 6-12" band further south.
Nah, I'm a bit too far west to get the worst of it. Looks like you guys in the ridges are gonna get blasted though.
Just once I want to see this town get a foot of snow and then, 2 days later, another foot and keep it cold enough so nothing melted for 2 weeks just to watch this ill prepared town lose its collective shjt. It needs to wait a month though so I can be off the crutches and able to clear the driveway out.
Guess I'm in the middle, about 4"-7" & I get to be paid to play in it. Spent the evening making sure those mighty fine yellow trucks are ready. OT tomorrow.
