What did you do to your non-G body project today? [2020]

Fixed my air compressor! The part worked after a lot of coaxing. Hopefully it lasts.

I'm not really one to leave projects unfinished for extended periods of time. Gotta build shelves in the pantry, throw in some counter top in the laundry, trim up the chimney on the range hood, blinds in the windows. You know, the small things!

You are a better man than me

F all that noise!!! I used to say I was good down to 20⁰F, now I think that's risen to 40. I hate when people talk about feeling old, damn, if some ain't real. Dammit, man!

what gets me going is when it's 40 below and some ahole will say we're lucky cause it a dry cold....:wtf:

The rebuilt Jeep 4.0 did NOT explode when we cranked it alive today. I bled the fuel rail, double checked oil and water, said a prayer and fired it up. SUCCESS!!! I had my grandson watch the gauges and keep the throttle open to 2000 rpm. I watched for leaks and expensive noises. Oil pressure is great, temperature too. All was well. Then we drained the oil and water, refilled with new oil and coolant, and charged the AC which was too low to operate. I don't like the idle so I will figure that out tomorrow and see what I can do. But for now it is ALIVE!!!!
