Got here kinda late but, tore everything in the garage out as soon as I acquired the new place, , before I moved in repaired all the drywall, painted all, removed the small door, glass blocked it shut, h* depot was disco’ing closet maid systems, got them 1/2 off, ran a run down one side, put up lights, bought race deck flooring for 2/3 of floor, black border, platinum in the middle, picked up a 12x30 pc of thin napp carpet for the other stall, while leaving a small cement pc to pull the tractor in on.
ordered a high top table w/ screamin chicken on for drinks, added a stand up AC unit, vented thru wall, using the same vent with a simple bath exhaust fan I took out of a bathroom, it works well to take cigar smoke out, tunes, flat screen, that’s about it. I made a flat white ladder rack to hold ladder out of the way, pics to follow. Love the garage. I do a cars and coffee at my place once a year so it’s gotta be nice. When GM was scrapped, I pinched the 6’ led Pontiac arrow, it’s bad *ss. Frige, freezer, all I need

WTH does that mean?? :) :)
Must be the anniversary, the one night a year the lady friend feels some sort of obligation to put out.

However, its it's a hotdog in a hallway fit, might need to drop hints about kegels.

Ok, cluttered pic, you can see floor, and a WW2 bomb hanging, lol
heat, AC, doesn’t need much more.

Picked up another project for my garage shop this morning, it's a RIZR Low Rise Pit Lift. It's rated for 9000#'s and is really heavy duty. I used an engine hoist and chains for get it off my trailer and on the blocks. Going to get everything hooked up and make sure everything works before I get too carried away with paint work. It needs to be scraped down good because the paint failed miserably and is peeling everywhere. Not going to bother sand blasting but may rough it up good and hit it with some POR15 followed by a new coat of CAT Yellow. Need to set up an air line to the control tower for the safety latch and run a new cable for the 220V to the back wall, or just make an extension cord to reach the plug between the stalls. Cross that bridge when I get to it. My ceiling is low and the only option is the low riser. It'll be nice for maintenance on the daily drivers, and blocking out fenders, doors and quarter panels on the Cutlass with my butt parked on a comfortable rolling seat as apposed to sitting on the concrete floor. Should be good when it's all set and done. I picked it up local for $500, a new one is over 6K. I figure even if I spend a few bucks on it I'll still be ahead. No lift arms unfortunately, priced them out at over $600. I doubt that I'll be buying those the plan is to use 4x4 blocks set under the lift points.

This is what it should look like:

Starting to get the shop ready to move 200mls south. Trying to fit everything on pellets and stuff it into a box truck.
