When I was 15 in '93 I got a 1975 Plymouth Duster with my detasseling money... Many cars later around '99 maybe I got my first g-body. A blue '85 Cutlass with t-tops and floor shifter.

First car I bought with my own money was a 59' Ford Ranchero with a hi-po 289 and 3 speed manual. First "A" body is my 81' Malibu wagon, which led to my first and current "G" body 83' Bonneville wagon.------------------------------------->>>>>

My first car was also a G-body, though I didn't have it long...

In the fall of '99, a few days after getting my license, I got my grandma's 1981 Buick Regal Limited 2-door.

It had a 3.8 V6 and had dark blue paint, interior and vinyl top. It needed some work, but only had 91k miles.

I had just started working at the service station a few months before, but for some reason my dad didn't think I was going to do anything with the car, so he donated it just a couple months later without telling me, because he didn't want it sitting in the driveway all the time. A few years later he admitted that was a huge mistake...

About 7 months later I bought my '84 El Camino, and less than a year after that I bought my 442.

First car that was given to me was an 84 cavalier aka " crapalier ". It was ugly as hell and a total piece of sh*t. But it held up under my 16 year old abuse. Neutral drops, running over trash cans and other stupid teen age stuff. First car i bought myself was a 1976 cutlass supreme. The car i wish i never sold. The sweetest color blue with a white half vinyl top. Lots of good memories with both of those cars. Couldnt find any pics :( Im on my first G right now, an 83 cutlass supreme. Had a 307 or 305, now has a 350 w/ mild cam, some kind of heads ( im like the 5th owner of the engine so i dont know all the specifics ) true duals and soon to be 8.5 rear with 3.42 or 3.73 ( still not sure )

My first car was also my first G Body. I just graduated HS and my dad didn't buy it for me but cosigned the loan for my beautiful 3 year old 1985 Olds Cutlass Supreme Brougham. Two tone silver over charcoal hard top. Some girl blew a stop sign and hit the nose so I had the body shop put on an 87 euro nose. Looked so good with the two tone! It was a 3.8 but who cared in 1989! Damn I just gave my age away  I really loved that car, velour seats power everything and the chrome brougham rocker pieces. I remember it like it was yesturday. Then in 1993 or 4 I don't remember, a drunk b*tch broadsided me and totalled it out. I searched and came up with this picture. Mine was absolutely mint! this is a sad looking mutlass

My first car was not a gbody car it wasnt even a car it was a 1986gmc 1/2 ton pickup 2wd and was looking to hot rod it but never had the money i bought it for $2000 and did a tune up on it and did nothing but beat the crap out of it i had it reving out to 7000 rpm for easy 30 minutes doing donuts and burnouts that truck was great. my first gbody car i bought in september for $500. its a 1981 cutlass with a chevy 350. and i was fortunate enough to get it home just to find out that it has a blown head gasket and still havent gotten to fix it. but have purchased a olds 403sb which i hope to have in by the summer. not my best first impression of gbodys but have loved the look of the cutlass for so long and am not about to give it up.

1st car was a 78/81 Camaro (sorry no pics). The vin said it was a 78 Z28, and the body tag said it was a 81 LT, the roof was cut to make an "aftermarket" T-top conversion, and the body mounts were done. It had a 305/TH350 combo with a Quick Silver rachet shifter. I love 2nd gen Camaros, but this was a P.O.S. After this car, I had none for about a year until I bought an 83 Z28 with a SBC350/TH350.

1st G-body (my 3rd and current car, and my only G-body so far) was/is a 83 GP. The body is rough, but its my Go-machine... It has a mild build SBC350 at about 400hp and a 3000stall 700r4 with GN8.5 rear.

My first car was a 1978 Ford Mustang II Rallye, with a 302, 4-speed, and Traction-Lok. Five cars later and I have my first G-Body, my 1986 Cutlass. The Mustang had been for sale for a while and I happened to sell it the same day I bought my Cutlass.
