Whats wrong here (WTF Pypes?)

I got a surprise email from Summit today, they said my new Pypes kit order was filled & waiting for shipment from manufacture! I called them (responding/commenting on postings here as I waited for someone) & told the girl I wasn't reordering, I wanted a refund since all Pypes has is dicked up right tail pipe & will not honor the lifetime warranty. She said she'll get it canceled & get my refund. What I don't need is yet another kit.
 
Pypes need to get their sh*t together. A member from this site just bought their Olds V8 down pipes for his 68 Hurst/Olds, the one pipe was way off. It is not like he was fitting them in a G body, it was the exact motor, BBO and year it was supposed to fit. Good grief.
 
Head to the local bar, pick up a pair of overweight ladies.

For a beer a piece have one sit on a muffler, the other on a tailpipe. It'll crush the bend so the pipes level with the ground and give you a custom oval tip at the same time, only cost you a pair of beers

It'll cost more than a few beers, it'll cost him his reputation 😛

Summit has awesome customer service.
 
I tried (failed) to bend that tail pipe. Was able to bend everything but it. Might need those ladies & a little extra.
 
Glad I didnt get pypes and pieced together my own. This is a shitshow I'm glad I didnt have to endure. Hope everything works out.
 
As I have been pondering this road trip idea, I seem to be looking into maybe a complant with the BBB & looking to even contacting the Pa AG office since this should be a warranty claim based on being a manufactures production defect/error. They proved they have a problem with the number of bad pipes but won't take the effort to correct the issue, sent back bad pipes as replacements, then told me my course of action should be either have a third party fix their problem or return for a refund from Summit. They list a lifetime warranty on their web site, advertising media & info they give to retailers that sell their products. I really hate when I have enough free time to think of this stuff.
