Same. I thought for a long time that mine might have come from Fremont. Does anyone know if all the wagons came out of Arlington?

Fremont was closed in early '82

I will have to check my built sheet to be 100% but I recall it was built in TX and shipped to Nurse Chev Olds Cadillac in Whitby Ontario where it was purchased, driven for 2 years then traded back in to the same dealer. I always wonder what they traded it in for ?

My first 79 Camino was Doraville GA...and was bought and stayed right here in Regina.

as was my second 79 Camino and was 1 of 268 Royal Knights (Z16) brought into Canada in 79. I have the documents from GM. It was bought and lived most of it's life in a city about 45 minutes from here. I do not have any official documents on my tan Malibu but have got to know the original purchaser who bought it new in 81 at a local dealership.

Apparently my GP was built in Pontiac, Michigan. It appears that it was always an Iowa car until I bought it. The two previous owners were in Cascade and Delaware, Iowa respectively.

I believe my 83' Monte was also built in Arlington Texas.

I read somewhere that all of the Monte SS cars were built in TX. Most of the Canada cars didn't get the CCC system ( but the 442 and Monte SS did being they were built in the US )
The CDN Cutlass got the chev 305 for "base" power instead of the 307. Must have made it easier on the Oshawa and St Therese plant to do it that way.
