I basically chopped the a/c hump down, and replaced it with plastic to fill the hole. Ended up looking pretty good, and alot less work than a full a/c to non a/c heater box conversion Tools for the job (used a grinder for some of the cutting too) And yer done!

Do you want to remove the heater box entirely or just the a/c hump part of it?
