    Does anyone have any tricks for putting polyurethane bushings in the rearend? my plan was to put the bushings in the freezer the night before, put a flapwheel on my dremel and make sure the inside of the ear is nice and smooth, heat it up with a torch and pull the bushing in with some wahsers...

    how would one go about puting a floor shifter into a '84 monte carlo that has a column shifter? trans is a TH350 btw. Ive got a floor shifter out of an '80 camaro. Could i just mount it on the trans tunnel and run the shifter cable down there?
