Turns out, even if you get all the specific bolt spacing/diameter specs right for the engine fan clutch, there's one parameter left, never clarified when you buy the clutch: the length of the water pump shaft w/r to the clutch shaft "hole". Well, that is fun. Luckily, my car came with a spare water pump (thanks dad!), and the water pump currently on my Cutlass is worn out (squeaks when turned by hand), so I trimmed the shaft on the new pump & will install it on the car
