The Buick 430 is basically the same as the Buick 455. In fact many 455 stock racers would use the better heads from the 430. Buick run more money to rebuild but do respond well to miss make great power & make for a great street car engine. Not so great when building crazy race power because of the thin light blocks.

Very well stated. Performance parts for Buick big blocks cost a bit more, but when it's done it feels so good.

dude that's a damn clean cutlass!!! I also got a cutlass for my first car. Out of all the cars I've driven its still my favorite one to drive
Keep up the good work man

Thanks man,

Means alot coming from another guy my age not alot of kids really care about these classics.

So yesterday I got the 15" SSII Rallys installed with brand new 235/60/15 BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires installed and it really changes the look and stance of the car I feel.

I'm also changed the Giant Tail pipe that use to be on the car to a more stock looking chrome pipe I think this car looks very tastefull now.

All she needs is a powerplant

Nice pics...One of the cleanest g body Cutlass I've seen yet. I love the factory stock appearance. Unique color too....can't say I've seen others in that color. You should bring it to the Oldsmobile Homecoming show in Lansing next June.

Thanks man I like to keep her stock looking. As for the Oldsmobile Homecoming show how big of a event is it? is it on the level of the buick nationals or olds nationals? I want to make it out for a huge event if I drive all the way to the states.

Man I wish I had your car. I have a regal for my first car, it'll be street ready hopefully by April/may, but if comes out half as nice as your cutlass, I'll be more than pleased.

Thats a nice *ss car but man I dont know how you can park it on the street without worrying. If its not the thought of someone towing it away its the thought of some drunk plowing through it and driving off that makes me worry everytime I see a nice car like this parked on the side of the street.

I was just lucky to find one in such good shape. I'm sure with a littel work your regal will be on par with any Gbody out there.

I bring it onto the street just to put tire shine and take photos. my neighborhood is about a year old so I dont worry as much as living down in the south end where sh*t is sour.
