It's not perfect, but it's done, and it's all mine. The frame in next. Can't wait to get this couple back together again!

The frame is in finally.

Breaking open the box o' bushings, Kirban Performance new Bushing Bolt Kit, and Bushing lube (sticky gooey stuff)
IMG_4179.JPG

Slathering them up with bushing goo. (Don't get that stuff on your hands. It doesn't want to come off.)
IMG_4183.JPG

The special #3 bushing that fits the capture nut with the shoulder.

This shoulder specifically

So once I got all the bushings in place I rolled the frame into position.

Putting the 5/8 round bar in to make sure I'm lined up.

And with the front and rear as straight on the body (there really isn't much room to move it anyway) as I could get, I torqued the body bolts down.

Now all that's left to do is everything. On to suspension I guess.

Thank you sir. Big fan of your wagon by the way. I was glad to hear it's on the road. I think I'm going to have to go through your build thread again for some ideas and motivation.

Impossible or nearly to swap bushings "body on?" Mine are needing swapped just from age. Would love to firm up with a set of poly but I'm having a hard enough time getting done what is on the table now . . .
as you are all painfully aware

looking good Hutch!

oldsofb, this post and the video cleared up some confusion I had. Thanks and keep up the good work!
