Left shoulder still hasent recovered from the motorcycle accident last April...

That's true... and still making some on the side.
Just finished fabricating and installing a floor pan and light bar for a friend of a friends civic.

I'm calling the front end done.
Opened the spring pockets more
Notched for tie rods
Bent frame up (down from this angle) to clear the extended LCA travel
Now when I go to bag it all I have to do is bend the centering "fingers" up, and weld in a bag mount plate

I was mid way thru squashing one of the rear rails down to 3/4" thick when I ran out of welding wire...

Hate when that happens. :x I actually just bought another roll of wire for the little lincoln, in anticipation of the welding to come. 😀
 
Tell ya what, I had a little Lincoln 110v for the longest time and just stepped up to a 220 unit. Good running little machines, some shield gas and .023 wire and you are good to go for body work!

That is the truth. I haven't had a need for anything bigger.
