BUILD THREAD 81 Buick/Olds Turbo Wagon 02/15/2024 More Parts!

Made a small purchase today. I came across a kind of local guy who was selling his Precision Turbo (PTE) stock location intercooler (slic). Great deal and I couldn't pass it up.

I need a larger up pipe, and have to clean up the aluminum shroud.

If I can get an up pipe in the next few weeks I'll install it.

sh*t, I hope I don't get too old to drive mine. Haha

I'm sure once the weather warms up and you get some things out of the way, you'll be back on track.

That's definitely the plan my friend.

That's definitely the plan my friend.

Spent some more cash, bought a new up pipe, new silicon couplers with t-bar stainless clamps, a new turbo inlet pipe, & a blow off valve. When all my stuff comes in, I have to weld the blow off valve flange to the up pipe, & I also have to weld a bung in there for the nitrous fogger nozzle.

Hopefully I can out there in a week or so and get this crap fabbed up and fit in the car.

Why do you plan to install Nitrous?
Because I have it, lol. When the car was apart I ran everything for it, the lines, control wiring, etc. If I get crazy with turbo size down the line it will be used to help spool it faster. Just using like 35-to-50 horse jets.

The EBL SFI-6 does all the controlling, I just arm it via a switch and the PCM controls the rest.

Also, I just love nitrous.

Just a pic of the crap I should be getting in a few days.
