Best Trans for the job?

Anybody know how good a 5speed from a s10? roughly a 2000 with a v6. I just came across a guy that might sell one cheap

No idea what trans that is but doubt it would be well suited to your power level.

Ok yeah I though it was a v6 but found out it's actually a 4 banger 5 speed. I'll probably break that if I accelerate to hard.

for a V8, no, you'd want a NV3500 but I don't know if that will bolt to your block

ok. I wont bother. Ashamed he only wants like 500 for the s10. I would've been cool to buy it and just take everything needed oh well Ill keep waiting. With all the car guys I see all week sooner or later somebody will have something I'm willing to snatch. lol

don't rush and look around because I bought T5 WCs for $600 to $700. I was dumb enough to sell one of my spares to a local guy for cheap cause he really wanted to put it in his car and he was short on cash.......and then he resells it....
