Common courtesy can still go along way in defining oneself, but, "no good deed goes unpunished" (according to my wife LOL).

I'm with you on most of these too. In fact, I'd never even heard the "true dual" thing until I joined here. Seems pretty prevalent though. The only one I'd give exception to would be MPGs just because it's just soooo common -- like RPMs.liquidh8 said:I just read through this thread the other night, but I was on my xbox so I didn't reply. I'll add to the list (keeping it to cars), and concur with allot already here:
Legit. As in "...yeah man, that car was legit, I want one" So it is legitimately what? a car, cool, ugly? (my 20 year old uses this, I want to slap him when he says it)
Built. "It has a whatever 350 and Built 350 trans." I should hope is is built, wouldn't want a car with a partial transmission in the car.
Murdered out? really?
MPG's - Miles Per Gallons. Prevalent on the car commercials.
NOS, saying it as it looks, as a tern for Nitrous Oxide. Drives me bat sh*t.
True Dual Exhaust: Is it lying? False? Just because if it isn't dual exhaust, it is single exhaust, or dual outlet muffler, or a variation thereof. I just never liked that statement.
Since I am getting older, this is all I can remember thinking of the other day.![]()
