Does anyone else find sunroofs useless?

My wife loves them and has to have in her vehicle.
Myself, I have had in most vehicles but could care less.
Cant remember the last time I actually used my sunroof, lol.

I don't necessarily hate them, but they're not a "must have" for me. If a car I otherwise like has one, great. If not, no big deal.

I certainly don't hate them, but I just never use it. And the few times I have opened it up, I really didn't get what the big deal was.

I have one in my Grand Cherokee that I use constantly. That being said, I also had to change the entire sunroof cassette out this winter because the drive cables were messed up and they are NLA from Chrysler.

I'll never own a classic car with a sunroof of any type, just to much chance of leaking, breaking or theft.

I do have them in 2 of the SUVs but l never open them and the shades pulled.

But an l do say but, lol!! I drove Rig for awhile years ago an there is something to be said about sunroof. The things you see when you look down threw them sunroofs, like omg l love my job!!

Same here. I buy my cars highly optioned and the last 3 have come with moon roof (not my choice). I've been studying the market and searching for a new car for the wifey as of late. I'm finding that most cars that have the options I am looking for also have a sun roof or moon roof. Oh well, other than risk of leaks I guess I'll live with it.

Y'all try'n say Ima b*tch?!?! Wife has them in her cars; never uses them (or puts the windows down, either, and her car smells like *ss). Whenever I tuck my joint between my legs to drive her RAV4, I open the sunroof, if anything, just to piss her off and air the stank out.

Oh, and if someone had an NOS ASC pop-up/out, I wouldn't think twice about hacking a hole in the roof of the Pig!

This Man will be installing one into (1) of the GBody's I have, eventually...
Keep the seals lubricated, and the drains clean, and they won't give you too much trouble. Yep, I'm a fan!

Are you using a factory set up for this or going aftermarket?
