One of the sponsors for our race team does all the plumbing on our race car. I think I'll get them a case of beer and they'll be happy to make some high pressure lines for my car...just to be on the safe side

yeah worse case scenario ill run lines all the way back to the tank. i just got the nifty idea in my head that maybe i could take advantage of the lines that were already there. it seems alot of people talk of fumes from braided lines.

I read somewhere but I can't find it now an article on rubber and with the chemicals in gas and other fluids the rubber breaks down quicker and needs to be replaced at regular intervals. I also like to use the metal tubing that's there now. I just replaced all the lines in my car last year when I had the body off....

Yeah I'm going to try the compression adapters like I mentioned. ordering parts for the motor build next week. then its off to the machine shop. Then ill be putting away for the fuel system and such

I've been doing a little reading about efi conversions in general and it seems like the gas tank may be an issue. When driving hard you could experience fuel starvation cause the tank isn't baffled.

I have been debating putting in a sump

Looked at that too. Will add around $400 for tank and sending unit through gbody parts. Then around $200 mire for the fast in tank setup.
