I don't know if they are sedan doors, if i knew that they were i wouldn't have bought them. I found a picture of a wagon with rear doors without the vents ..

Yes, I cut the frames out of the doors on the 2 dr wagon project...would be a lot of work, but if you can't find wagon doors....well, you do what you have to.

The key is finding the 'unobtainium alloy' rot-free door bottoms! Unlike the guy looking for a 30-year-old time capsule Monte SS for $4500 , we do what we gotta do!

Hakon,
That's obviously a race car with Lexan windows replacing the side glass. It's easy to eliminate the vents and side glass using that method.

I agree that wagon doors are extremely hard to find these days. I had found mine probably 10 yrs ago or so, and they've been in storage until I was ready to use them.
So, as Quinn pointed out, you do what you gotta do to make 'em work.

Well I agree, but what you guys are suggesting sounds difficult, i might be able to get help with welding the window frame onto the other doors, but the window frame is also rusty

Pretty sure that's John Tell's "fivedoor"

Quinn, a buddy has a nice sedan door (all 4 actually)....he used to have some wagon doors, but the handles had been poorly shaved, so he cut out the frames and scrapped them. It was a pretty nice car as far as sheetmetal, but it was bought by a guy that just wanted the frame...which was super nice....no bad body mount holes, even.

I had to make lower door skins for mine, a pain sure, but necessary as other have stated.
