Very jealous. If there was 30 amps of service in the storage, I would have bought a 110V 4-post lift and would have bought Hafrod's Regal.

Not much. Hoist is 90% installed but still no electricity to power it and do the adjustments.
Holding off on the electrical?
I just have severe shop envy. I'm ready to see tool boxes and project cars in there. My brother and I want a shop pretty bad. He, my sister-in-law and I don't really want to live in the greater Houston metro area anymore either. We've been looking and planning our own Escape story. A shop is an integral part of that move. All of us can work remotely in our present jobs so it's a matter of when, not if at this point.
Back to your thread. Hoping to see electric and you moved in soon. It's a mighty nice building.
