I have multiple jugs of random fluid and oil too. I gotta get them recycled somewhere. Some of it is 2 years old.
Oddly enough, that is the exact reason I had a full drain pan to begin with. I had gone to the recycle yard the weekend before, and didn't realize that my used oil peanut oil jug was full. So, it didn't go, and I didn't have any empty gallon jugs lying around. <kicks own @$$>

when someone gets a bottle of water from the fridge drink the whole bottle before putting it down half empty, forgetting about it and then grabbing another bottle from the fridge....

You should be able to take them to Autozone or Oreilly.
I read on the oreilly site they, well most stores do it. I gotta call mine and see if they do.

1. Always check the amount of fuel in the heater BEFORE starting a project.
2. The workbench is not a catch-all, quit putting random stuff there.
3. Don't set stuff on the car!

I enjoyed reading all that have been posted so far. I agree with most.

My #1 rule: Only cars, car parts, car tools, and car equipment go in the "car" shop. Leaf blowers, snow blowers, wheel barrows and lawnmowers go in the lawn shed (unless its being serviced in the car shop, then it goes back) and kids' bikes go in the house garage along with the rest of their stuff.

I realize I'm fortunate to be able to segregate when many others aren't able to. But that's the whole purpose of the car shop.

Personal rule....I don't care what the office wants/who is calling, I'm not walking away from a job in progress until any un-tightened fasteners are tightened.

My wife might disagree. 😉

Ha, same here! My wife doesn’t understand when I get wound up about kids crap or random stuff in my shop.

An additional rule in mine is if you pull beverage(s) out of the fridge replace them with warm ones. My wife steals all the bottled water and my dad will drink all the cold beer. Neither will replace. Maybe I just need to upgrade to a full size fridge....
