If some one was to lift it mayeb 5-6" and thrown off road tires on it and a rollbar with fog lights it wouldnt look too bad. Then it would have the truck feel for sure. Has any one seen any trucks around lately with a roll bar its almost like they all died off or someting around my area

theres several around where im at... just saw one on my lunch break all red f100 and theres one in my work parking lot but its blue

Hmmmmmmm, this makes me wonder, how would an elcamino look carved and lifted a bit with a set up like a trophy truck (offroad race truck). That brings in another style right?

yea that throws in more options... cause the camino is part truck and i havent ever seen anyone use the truck aspect of it..

it would be sweet to see baja/trophy el caminos or lifted with some big all terrian tires

course i would wanna do that with another gbody like this guy

lol, Some guy round my area used to have a cutlass with a snow plow on it (K5 blazer frame I believe), it was also white, goofy lookin thing. An Elcamino could look decent if done right as a truck, maybe.

when i was living in fla if you seen a g body it was eather tubbed or riding on 24 inch rims.

 I guess it's all in "taste" . I've seen some cars that are really sweet trail rigs (not just a body bolted to a truck frame or frame bolted on a frame  ).

oh yea, frame bolted to frame is even worse. ive seen it several times, its like the worst idea

i personaly like the subaru baja but they seemed to only be around for a summer and then i never saw then again, has any one else seen thoes things around lately?

I'm all for muscle. I know the stock Buick V6 is not a rod engine but definitely a turbo v6 or a Buick 455 under the hood will make it a road rod. I'm not into low riders or rims larger then the cars stock ride height can handle. I've been asked if I was going to put 22's on my Regal. I told the guy that I have other plans for my ride . 😀
