I might just end up doing the rustolem to be honest if it wasn't flaking paint off i wouldnt prob have even done it but the flaking paint looks bad.

so Ill wire wheel the frame quick and hit it with some rustoleom

ok so I tried to use a scraper and scrape the undercoating off... well i would be there for another 10 years doing this... so one of my part suppliers had aircraft paint remover and that brand chassis coating or whatever. well c

not much to update...waiting on my heads... trying to finish putting this friggen a/c delete box together...

need to change the valley cover gasket so I bought the ls2 style valley cover with gasket. Since I don't need knock sensors on my setup.

Have you considered posting some pictures of that A/C delete install? There was a member on here today that wants to get rid of the A/C in his car but keep the heat.

So this is a picture of the finished product... I didn;t install it in the car yet. but pretty much u have to follow the poor instructions and trim the old stuff down and fit it to the new one and then bolt them together then drill the pre-marked holes which will attach to the fire wall...

today I installed the heater box... (will post a pic later) and took the door panel off to see why the locks are seized up. my feeling is the car sat much longer than 1 year without moving... more like 5 yrs at a minimum. The window regulators and such are all seized up as well as the lock actuators. so going to have to change all that
