I was able to fix the problem. After doing everything that was suggested i agreed along with some other american-car people that the alternator was probably bad. But it was briefly mentioned that the alternator belt-wheel was a bit to large, or not getting a good enough grip from the small fan-belt i have. Just before concluding that the alternator was bad we tightened the belt way to the tight.. and it fixed the charging issue..! A wider fan-belt is what i need. So it was basically the alternator belt-wheel/fan-belt that was not the right size. So a wider belt will probably get better grip and put this problem on the shelf.
