And it can't be stressed enough- if you get any on yourself get it off fast. Or you will be wearing it for a LONG time!

I highly recommend when using it instead of a normal brush use a foam brush, when it self levels after using that the finish looks really good, now the POR 15 engine enamel is also great stuff and i use the same foam brush on CAST surfaces however i would really say to spray it on anything sheet metal and smooth like valve covers

I have had the same can of POR15 since 2013. I didnt open the lid, just drilled 2 small holes. One to pour from and one to vent as it's pouring. When I wasn't using it I sealed the holes with screws. Has been in a non climate controlled garage this whole time and isn't dried up yet.

That being said I never cared for it, which is why it's sitting in my garage still. Never cared for the finish or the fact that it peels off pretty easily on areas that don't have rust scale. I use KBS Coatings anymore. Cheaper and better than POR15 imo.

Do you have any pics showing the finish after brushing? My frame Is super clean with no rust so IMO The only way to go is spray
