Boy, I feel your pain. I've been trying to part out 15 Vegas for a few years now. Guys either want stuff that hasn't existed in years or they want the rarest, nicest stuff you have for nothing, because "it's just a Vega!". When I first started, I cut two quarters off for a guy that rode me every day about getting it done to meet a deadline he had. Got it done, called the guy, arranged to meet, and... no show, no call, never heard from him again. I have much better luck with answering forum want ads instead of listing stuff. Anyone need a couple of quarters for a Vega wagon?

Those are the worst! How much effort does it take to post a pic of the item for sale?

Second worst, in my opinion are the posts in which the seller can't bother to take a decent pic of the item, especially with cars. The pics are either blurry, too dark or they don't even get the whole car in the pic. Seriously, you want to sell your car but you can't take a pic of the entire car?

I see so many pics like these on the local Craigslist.

Or wipe it down with WD-40 or Pledge (has to be lemon - sets the mood better).

Also, spray bombing a rusty part can add $100 to the advertised price.

I got a live one today. Selling a Holley Carb, SBC Intake, and a 14" K&N Filter with cheapie chrome housing. Been back and forth a few times today with a guy wanting all 3 and he's just emailed to say he doesn't think it will fit on his mustang......
The carb and air filter don't care !
