RTV would be fine for the water outlet gasket (light application). I would use anti-sieze on any stainless bolts that don't get thread sealant. Putting stainless into aluminum or iron can cause them to fuse. Dissimilar metals.

with the aluminum intake you'll save about 30 lbs, 50 lbs if you include the gunk....😛
