New pump-to-carb fuel line from Inline Tube. I know some of you think I overpaid for this, but I was happy with the quality of the reproduction, and the carb fitting on the old line was trash. That was the main reason I wanted to replace it.

That looks super nice Ed, I'll cross my fingers it doesn't have to be modified. I have inline tube stainless brake lines and they are pretty much impossible to cut and reflare!!!! Hoping it fits right, it looks like it will.

I went ahead and got some copper flare washers and some Permatex thread sealant just in case. Inline Tube said they didn’t recommend or think I’d need them, but they were cheap enough.

Ok so you have it over 12 hours now, did you install it yet?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Hood shocks, both rear ebrake cables, bumper lights from GBP, junkyard wiper linkage and arms. Factory style exhaust manifold bolts. Door panel clips came.

Did they have the line in regular steel? I'd have got that one based on your current plans. If you don't plan on having it in there for the next 10 years fiddling with stainless seems like a bit more issues to contend with when the regular steel would be much easier to seal with less stress on the non-stainless side threads trying to tighten down than line. Do whichever line you choose, obviously, but this stainless line seems like it has already got you worried.

Edit: Sorry, didn't mean to sound like I was poo-pooing your choice, I mean, you already made it. I like to skin cats the cheapest way possible in getting the same thing done for the purpose intended. Nothing wrong with a stainless line but it just seemed a bit overkill for your situation.

have you tried to fit it yet?, maybe it is the picture but it looks like there are some obvious differences in the 2 lines.
