What did I buy for it today?
Absolutely nothing.

Did get this for free though...

Yep that’s right. Zip, zero, nada, nyet. Zilch.

Some of you might recognize it as the jute insulation that’s in our cars, a friend had this big roll of it that he was looking to get rid of when he was cleaning out his garage.

I’ll pattern out my trunk carpet and deteriorating door panels with it and get those replaced. Plus the stuff behind the back seat and under the carpet if I’m ever under there again.

you'll probably need some of the insulation yourself with the weather that is on it's way..... :unsure:

I bought an MSD 6AL-2 programmable ignition box...it comes with a program on a mini cd and you connect the box to your laptop to set up your timing curve and bunch of other stuff...

It's not even going to be cold, what would I need that for? I used to ride the harley through much worse than what's forecast.

with the weather that is headed your way when you said you bought a muffler I expected to see one of these

Factory timing cover setup by a guy on v8 Buick forum to replace the chinesium one I got from TA. Mainly as an experiment.

I picked up a 7.5 Eaton trutrac 3 series 28 spline a used set of 3.23 gears a Timkin bearing kit used 8.5 GN axels all for 190$ and I traded a used set of 3.08 gears for the 3.23s
