I wasn't liking the dings in the right side quarter body side molding, glaring at me every time I went into the garage (which is often as that's where my beer refrigerator is). So today I swapped it out with a NOS one. Put some NOS door edge guards I had on hand on it too since the build sheet shows the truck originally came with RPO B93 door edge guards.

I bought a new Blueprint 383” engine, Performance Automatic TH 350 with lifetime warranty, Edelbrock Rpm Air Gap manifold, Holley HP 750 cfm carburetor, and a small fortune in misc parts. Needless to say that my engine swap is going strong. I’m behind my schedule but it is coming along fine. Everything takes 10 times as long to do now than it did before the wheelchair. Two months of work so far. The pictures are of the job about 85% done. Getting custom air conditioning hoses and power steering hoses made for I hope to be done in three more weeks.
