that interior looks good ! what 's your take on the shifter? I will been changing to a floor shift myself, need some input. axld.

Thanks! It's amazing what a difference shampooing the seats and carpet did. I love the Quicksilver shifter though, firm and crisp shifts. Great build quality, and has a pretty clean look! The nice thing about the complicated linkage setup on these cars is when you install an aftermarket shifter, you leave all the old linkage connected to the column. All you do is add on the bracket selector on the transmission. Now since you've retained all factory linkage, you don't have to wire up the neutral safety switch, reverse lights, and it keeps it locked in park without the key. Gear selector in the instrument cluster works as well.

sweet, thanks. starting this Thursday , now that all the mock ups are done ,will be the resurrection : putting bout 4K worth of parts : back in the car. pics coming soon 8)

Finally finished installing my Quicksilver ratchet shifter, full interior detail.
any rEason why you didnt "center" the shifter? in order to do this you have to eliminate the factory shifter forward mount, move shifter back to center brace that goes goes from door to door center and mark/drill new holes for qs, cut the plate, and glass accordingly,IF you choose just to use the black shifter sweep shown, opposed to the whole "chrome cover provided with shifter?being that you have to replace the textured ovelay, and go ahead an "geterright" sorry just my ocd acting up and that offset would DRIVE ME CRAZY!!! but hey if its WORKS with you, do what you do!interior is in great cond 8)

Installed new head unit over the weekend. Finally have tunes now. Installed Sonnax second gear servo, cured sloppy 1-2 shift at full throttle!

Went and got the windows tinted today. It took two hours to fit and shrink the piece for the curved back window. but he got it in one piece, no seams.
