What did you do to your G-Body today? [2011-2018]

I installed a rear sway bar a buddy gave me and replaced my rusty rear bumper.

For the 2nd night now I have started to put my AC stuff back on the car and it's started to rain. I bought a new orifice tube and o-ring set but cant decide if I should replace the drier...

I would recommend you replace the drier, especiallly if the system has been open (if all the refrigerant leaked out, it is open) or inactive for some time. Good luck & let us know how you make out as I want to get mine going too.

Finally drove my car! Went to a show in Vaughan that the cops ended up shutting down.
Was good to drive it after all the work fixing it up.

Installed a chrome rearview mirror I got off E-Bay, looks pretty nice through the windshield. Finally got photos of the body plate and sent that along with the VIN to GM Heritage to begin tracing the history of the car. That along with a carfax and I can get going. That will be the summer project as we prep the new motor for the winter install.

RegalBeagle, love the purple - looks like the Joker wuz here. Also, heavy respect for building a Buick 455. This might be the hardest GM V8 to build! I have one in my garage, but free wasn't low enough to offset the cost of all the parts. Weird how Summit offers very few B455 parts...

Thanks. Buick parts aint cheap that's for sure. But was definitely worth it, very powerful and gets more attention then
typical SBC or LS swaps. Purple is the icing on that cake.

Just finished re-installing engine after installing the new heads, may take it for a drive later to see how much better it runs with the better flow and compression jump.

My mini dash cam 0806 came in, the previous version of the dash cam had some issues so I just paid a little to upgrade and I paid for my years subscription for XM....
