What did you do to your G-Body today? [2011-2018]

I began to dye my interior to black. I used SEM Landau Black on all the softer vinyls and I used a Napa brand semi gloss black vinyl/cloth paint on the rest. Turned out great, this is the only pic I have right now.

Today i got nice new hardware, so i painted and installed my sway bar. WORLD of difference going to a sway bar from nothing at all lol. Also threw a temporary paint job on my wheels, not beautiful but they are WAY better.. oh and i decided to put paint in my air cleaner nut, that i made at work 😀 haha. Dont wanna post too many pics in the thread, but nobody has seen under my hood yet, and im updating my build thread... and FYI, i think under the hood looks horrible, and the damn pervious owner decided to paint the intake

Thanks! I actually looked at alot of your info in the interior dye thread. The only thing I have left to do is the carpet and im gonna have to mix different brands of paint because I dont have enough of one for the whole carpet. Hope it works.

well I got my heat shield bolted up (has been off since we took the old floor out) have to bolt the trans crossmember up next 😉

How the hell did you do that?! I thought the brackets were out of place...

I thought they were but only the one stationary one was the only one that was out of place, the heat shield lined up with the three brakets so I just had to make a new hole for the last one 😀

The speedometer is a 5 inch AutoMeter Monster Sport Comp 0-160mph and the tachometer is an AutoMeter 5 inch Monster Sport Comp 0-10,000rpm. The tach is a few years old so it looks alittle different than the brand new spedo but I dont have the money for a new one Can anyone tell me how to change the light in the tach because its a stand alone unit and theres no holes in the back and I cant get the front glass to come off :?

The gauge bezel will be slightly modified with plexiglass to accomodate for four AutoMeter 2 5/8ths inch accesory gauges.

Wow, it's kinda sad that this is the first time I've been able to post on this thread lol. Well, last night I FINALLY got my car back. Had it towed to the front of my place. Went to move it to my parking spot, but had to boost it. But then I got to drive it (about 30' lol) with open headers to it's parking spot.

May not be much, but after 10 months at the mechanic it was a lot for me lol.
